Who is Rossana Amoruso?

 

Rossana Amoruso is a passionate and determined lawyer specialized in corporate, business and commercial law. 

 

Her determination as well as her five-year law studies and LLM in London formed the basis of her perseverance towards achieving knowledge and passion in the field of law.

 

During college, she was a founding member of the European Law Students’ Association in Brussels and became a Vice-president for three years. Furthermore, she organized numerous charity parties of which the profits were integrally donated to inter alia UNICEF Belgium and local charity organisations in Central and East Africa. The driving force behind all her activities was her aim to develop her own personality.

Rossana gained relevant experience in the field of corporate and commercial law, including M&A transactions by working for top tier international law firms in Brussels and Luxembourg. She graduated with a Masters degree in Economic law at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and obtained an LLM International Business Law at Queen Mary University in London. She has been admitted to the Brussels bar as from 2017. She speaks French, Dutch, English and Italian.

Her purpose as well as her passion in work is to assist and advise her clients to the best of her abilities and to be able to realize the dreams and goals of her clients as if it were her own.

Which clients do we focus on?

We mainly focus on young entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, corporations, private equity funds, influencers, e-commerce businesses, but we are also accessible to any private individual who has a legal question we could help with.
