PRO BONO

If you have insufficient financial means, you can call upon our pro bono services. You are presumed to have insufficient financial means if you earn less than the legal income thresholds or if you fall under a certain category (e.g. living wage recipients, social housing tenants, prisoners, some asylum seekers). As a minor, you are always entitled to free legal assistance.
 
For these services, the lawyer provides full and accurate legal advice, assistance and representation, whether in the context of a judicial procedure or not.
